  • Each piece is handcrafted to order, so minor variations in finish and detail may occur — this is a natural characteristic of handmade jewelry.
  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
  • Measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

If a listing contains an obvious error, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless a different currency is displayed at checkout.
  • Prices and promotions may change without prior notice; the price at the time of checkout applies to your order.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
  • We use secure third-party payment providers. Cilveras does not store full payment card details.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • An order is considered accepted once payment is confirmed and processing begins.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
  • You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once the item is in transit, it must follow the standard return process described in our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All United States orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Cromwell, Connecticut. Full shipping terms, delivery timelines, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, refund conditions, and exclusions are detailed in our Refund Policy. These terms form an integral part of this agreement.

8. Custom & Personalized Products

Products that are personalized or custom-engraved:

  • Are produced specifically for the customer,
  • Are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The accuracy of customization details (engraving text, font, size selection) is the customer's responsibility.

Program: Cilveras SMS Customer Support
Description: By opting in, you agree to receive order-related updates, shipping notifications, and customer support messages from Cilveras via SMS at the phone number provided.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Cilveras does not charge for the messages; however, your carrier may apply standard text messaging and data rates.
HELP: Reply HELP at any time to receive support information.
STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Supported Carriers: We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Astemrey LLC (operating as Cilveras) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
