Cilveras Lifetime Limited Warranty

1. General Warranty Coverage

Cilveras offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all jewelry products.

This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser and for the reasonable lifetime of the product under normal use, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized Cilveras sales channels, including cilveras.com and Cilveras’ official stores on Etsy and Amazon.

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

 

2. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material faults
  • Structural integrity issues caused by production defects
  • Malfunctions in clasps, hinges, or connection mechanisms resulting from manufacturing

If a defect is confirmed, Cilveras will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item of equal or similar value, or provide an appropriate resolution.

 

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and surface changes
  • Tarnishing, oxidation, and natural color changes over time, which are normal characteristics of sterling silver
  • Damage caused by exposure to moisture, water, sweat, saltwater, chlorine, or improper care
  • Damage caused by chemicals such as perfumes or cleaning agents
  • Misuse, negligence, improper storage, or lack of maintenance
  • Physical damage caused by impact, dropping, or accidents
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications by third parties
  • Any modification of the original product structure
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

Each Cilveras product is provided with a polishing cloth. Proper care, including regular cleaning, is required to maintain the product’s appearance.

 

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos and or video showing the defect
  • Current contact and shipping information

Cilveras reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.

Failure to provide all required information may result in denial of the warranty claim.

Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

 

5. Evaluation Process

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 2 to 4 business days after all required information has been received.

All claims are evaluated on a case by case basis, and Cilveras reserves the right to make the final determination at its sole discretion.

Approval of warranty claims is not guaranteed.

 

6. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Cilveras may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable item of equal or similar value
  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price
  • Offer a refund where deemed appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed under this warranty and may be provided at Cilveras’ sole discretion or where required by applicable law.

If the original item is unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock, Cilveras may issue store credit based on the original purchase price paid.

 

7. Product Return and Inspection

To process a warranty claim, customers may be required to return the product for inspection.

  • Return instructions and a shipping label will be provided upon approval
  • Products must not be sent without prior authorization
  • Cilveras is not responsible for items sent that are not part of the warranty claim
  • Once a replacement, store credit, or refund is issued, the returned item becomes the property of Cilveras and will not be returned

 

8. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty becomes void if:

  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • Ownership of the product has been transferred or resold
  • The product has been used inconsistently with care instructions
  • The reported defect cannot be verified upon inspection

 

9. Abuse and Fraud Protection

Cilveras reserves the right to refuse, limit, or revoke warranty service in cases of suspected abuse, misuse of the policy, or fraudulent activity.

Decisions made under this policy are final and not subject to appeal.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cilveras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

This warranty is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except as expressly stated herein and to the extent permitted by law, Cilveras makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
