International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional charges (VAT/Duties) imposed by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Cilveras does not collect these fees upfront and cannot predict their exact amount.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund after the carrier investigation.
Customers should not accept deliveries if the package appears severely damaged or opened.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to change the destination.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided, it is considered successfully delivered. If you cannot find your package despite the status, please contact us promptly for assistance.
