All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and Europe, and also support delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses where available.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Shipping Damage or Loss

Cilveras is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
